Opportunity + readiness
Reduce uncertainty before funding the build.
A structured assessment turns a broad request for AI, analytics, or automation into a defensible decision about what to pursue—and what not to pursue.
The question
Should this become a model, a workflow change, a product configuration—or no build at all?
The assessment starts with the decision owner and current baseline. It examines the workflow, data, integration constraints, risk, adoption needs, and evaluation strategy before recommending an implementation path.
Expected artifacts
Leave with a decision package, not an inspiration deck.

A good assessment can say no
The least complicated adequate answer is often the strongest answer.
A dashboard, rules process, vendor configuration, or data cleanup may create more value than a custom model. The recommendation should make that visible.
